This dream of Coverstone resembles several of his other dreams and could be interpreted in light of them — such as the Lincoln dream and the Church and State dream. But, let’s begin at the beginning of the dream and summarize its main message.
The dream begins with a hospital scene of countless infants and very few nurses. The man who often appears in Coverstone’s dreams appears in a doctor’s coat, and states that “the harvest if full, but not enough are helping.” The harvest if plentiful, but the workers are few. Yes, there is indeed something evangelistically amazing about to happen. And I encourage all who reads this to begin praying fervently for God to send out workers into His harvest field. Plus, know this, when you pray that, God may answer by sending you, and begin to open doors if you are ready, willing, and able. I implore you, be ready for those open doors, for they are coming soon.
When it comes to the F16s circling D.C., as far as can be seen this is what is happening right now. D.C. has become a military zone and is being guarded, barricaded, and militarized.
Concerning the furnaces and congressmen and money being blown out of a vacuum shoot, that means simply that our leaders are “blowing” our money, and the American people are really not going to benefit from it. The fact that the American people are dressed in winter coats means that it is happening right now, this winter. And it is still happening as can be seen from this new’s headline just today: “Sen. The “balcony scene” with the 30 barricaded congressmen and senators wherein they are being held like prisoners and surrounded by aggressive police with covered faces, and our former president is standing where the state of the union is usually given, has a lot to do with what just happened with Trump’s Impeachment trial. One of Trump’s ears was badly bruised signifying being bludgeoned by words, and the other ear was bleed brightly colored blood, which is natural when it is a fresh wound and likely refers to an eardrum being burst. So, again, this meant the situation was recent and had to do with being abused by words. Blood shot eyes would have to do with being assaulted via what is being seen.
However, all that had to do with the Trump part of the dream really had nothing to do with Trump in reality, for Trump in the dream states, “It’s not me they hate; it’s you.” After all, the entire Impeachment had nothing to do with Trump, for according to the Constitution the Senate could do nothing to a non-seated president. You see, the Constitution states that in matters of Impeachment, the House does the act of impeaching and the Senate then votes on whether or not to remove the president from office. However, Trump was already out of office, and therefore, the entire trial had nothing to do with removing him. Rather, it was and is all about their hatred for the Constitutional rights of the American people. And in this vein a congressmen came to the podium in the dream and stated, “Now let’s get the rest of them because it’s our house now. Put them [referring to the 30 in the balcony] with the rest.”
This is like the Lincoln dream, the fulfillment of it really, wherein there was no respect for the rule of law nor God. As Uncle Sam said in the Lincoln dream, “We do not recognize the law of man or of God…you’re time is over and a new dawn awaits those who will dwell on this earth.” This was fulfilled via Trump’s second Impeachment trial, and is still being fulfilled in ways that will soon come to light.
Then, the man who often appears in Coverstone’s dreams appeared in the balcony and said loudly, “I never said to stop bracing.” He looked back while exiting with the 30 in the balcony area, “Stay braced for His name’s sake. Stay braced for His name’s sake.” This I found a bit confusing at first, for I thought the man was referring to staying braced for Trump — but that just did not resonate nor make any sense. After reading the comment of someone below this youtube video, an incredible realization struck me like a lightning bolt. In Jesus’ day, the people had been raised memorizing large portions of Scripture because they of course did not own books back then. Thus, it was common for a teacher (Jesus included) to merely quote a part or the first part of a Biblical passage and the audience would connect the dots as they recalled the full context of the quote. Thus, when the man in this scene states, “for His name’s sake,” it is imperative that we connect the dots, and those dots take us back to Psalm 23. “He leadeth me on the paths of righteousness for His name’s sake,” (vs. 3). It is therefore, important to know what the rest of Psalm 23 says, because it is exactly what God wants us to hear and is the message to be taken from this dream. “(A Psalm of David.) The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want.2 He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.3 He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake.4 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.5 Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.6 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever.”
Okay. So, what is the point of this dream? Psalm 23. The enemy is busy using our congressmen and senators against us and who hate all man-made and God-made laws, for they are lawless and lawlessness is the spirit of the age. These useful pawns of the enemy are bold and blatant regarding this, and are aggressively moving forward with their plans. The Impeachment was not about Trump; it is about the crushing of freedom loving, Christian Americans and few leaders who are being persecuted with us. Thus, we are to brace ourselves with Psalm 23, and are to remember that though we walk through the valley of the shadow, God is our protection and defense who will provide for us even in the presence of our rabid enemies. Indeed, the gates of hell shall not prevail against us! (Matthew 16:18; also from the Church and State dream). We are not to back down. We are not to be afraid. We are not to go into hiding. We are not to depend on government money or provision. Our provision comes from God. Our hiding place is God. And He has not given us a Spirit of fear, but of power love and a sound mind. So, let’s walk boldly on paths of righteousness for His name’s sake while it is yet day (John 9:4), redeeming the time for the days are evil (Ephesians 5:16).

This dream plays out a little like a movie, with Benjamin Franklin (one of America’s founding fathers–and the one who discovered electricity by flying a kite) flying an American flag kite with a small globe on a chain at the end on a stormy night. As he does so, instead of lightning striking the kite, the hand of God emerges from the heavens and grabs the kite and proceeds to squeeze it violently. Oil and water are rung from the kite even as oil and water rain from the sky and an oil slick sheen shimmers over God’s hand. While God rotates His hand back and forth, up and down, the noise of something being shifted inside is heard. Then, the rain stopped, and God’s hand opened up to show three things: diamonds, coal, and trash. With one breath, God blows the trash away, and all that was left was the diamonds the size of cars and coal the size of boulders. There was a great contrast between them. Great pressure had been placed on both of them. After God places them in lush green grass where Franklin can see them, Franklin proceeds to solemnly say, “I guess we are no longer a republic.” And the Father replied, “No. It’s mine now, as is the whole earth.” Franklin then asked, “Where did the globe go that was attached to the flag?” And God said, “It’s still being pressured for now, but will be released in good time. Franklin keep your glasses on, your eyes sharp, and stay committed to the Captain.”
So, what does this mean? Though this dream’s meaning is not shrouded in mystery by any means at all, yet because there is so much talk about these dreams, I thought I’d type something up that might be helpful just in case.
What immediately came to my mind and heart when hearing this dream was Revelation 11:15: “The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever.” This is after all, God’s goal, beginning with America.
Though it may appear that the enemy is having his way in America (and there’s no doubt the enemy is at work establishing his new world order), God is the One shaking her, sifting her, separating the diamonds from the chaff and from the magma rocks. What that shaking is and will produce is this: America is no longer a republic. She, as she was, has come to an end. And anyway, according to Benjamin Franklin (as recorded in history), it was only a republic if we could keep it. And we have not kept it.
While God tries us through the shaking that is here and the shaking that is soon to come, the world is definitely being affected and is quivering in our shadow, for one day soon they know they will be tried in the hour of temptation as it says in Revelation 3:10, “which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth.” And thus God says, “they are under pressure for now.”
But, God is beginning with America. Why? Because, unlike any other nation in the world, we have been a Christian nation, dedicated to God from our inception in 1620, founded on laws and principles based in the Bible from the Declaration of Independence in 1776, to the ratification of the Constitution in 1788 and onward, and graced by His powerful presence. But, America has forgotten and forsaken God to whom she is indebted for His great grace and mercy for 400 years. Judgment begins at the house of God (1 Peter 4:17; Ezekiel 8-9). And thus, the sifting has begun and will end when God is finished.
Let’s remember that Jesus told His believers time and again to be vigilant and watchful and prayerful, and the Apostle Paul said, “pray without ceasing” (Luke 21:36; Colossians 4:2; 1 Thessalonians 5:17; 1 Peter 4:7). Even so, we must do this even more so as the Day of the Lord draws closer than ever before. Let us not get too busy nor so patriotic that we forget that what is most important is God’s kingdom come, God’s will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Let’s keep a heavenly perspective, our minds on things above, our treasure and home in heaven.

About Diamonds:
Interestingly enough, diamonds come from igneous rocks known as kimberlite which is also commonly referred to as magma. That’s right! Kimberlite as well as lamproite are what compose magma that diamonds crystallize within the kimberlite under intense pressure and heat and settle in what are referred to as kimberlite/lamporite pipes. However, not all kimberlite rock contains a diamond, only about 1 in 200. “Below-ground mining of kimberlite for diamond also requires moving enormous quantities of rock and other material in order to unearth gems, but on a much larger scale than alluvial mining. For one part diamond uncovered, it is estimated that 15 to 30 million parts waste must be moved out of the way. Unlike mining endeavors for gold or other substances, engineers cannot determine beforehand whether an area has a large abundance of diamond.”
Once kimberlite rocks are unearthed, there are several steps to refining diamonds, namely, crushing, separating and greasing.
“1 Praise the Lord! Praise the Lord, O my soul! 2 While I live I will praise the Lord; I will sing praises to my God while I have my being. 3 Do not put your trust in princes, Nor in a son of man, in whom there is no help. 4 His spirit departs, he returns to his earth; In that very day his plans perish. 5 Happy is he who has the God of Jacob for his help, Whose hope is in the Lord his God, 6 Who made heaven and earth, The sea, and all that is in them; Who keeps truth forever, 7 Who executes justice for the oppressed, Who gives food to the hungry. The Lord gives freedom to the prisoners. 8 The Lord opens the eyes of the blind; The Lord raises those who are bowed down; The Lord loves the righteous. 9 The Lord watches over the strangers; He relieves the fatherless and widow; But the way of the wicked He turns upside down. 10 The Lord shall reign forever– Your God, O Zion, to all generations. Praise the Lord!”
On the eve of the United State’s election, my heart was prompted to read this passage of Scripture. And oh my! How it applies this very day, the day after (and all the days after) this election, specifically verse 3. “We are not to put our trust in princes nor in a son of man.” This means, in short, we are not to put our trust in national leadership nor any type of leadership nor in any human being.
A lot of American Christians are in shock today and are reeling from the election results thus far, for though they have diligently sought the Lord through fasting and prayer, rallies of repentance, tent crusades, and worship protests nationwide—and this is not even to mention the patriotic rallies and patriotic truck parades with flags and banners waving high, all held in a spirit of American idealism and patriotism—it appears that their hopes have not been answered. But for what were they looking? In what was their hope really? What truly was the focus of their prayers? Who would sit on the Supreme Court? Who would be U.S. president? How about the so-called predictions of the prophets that a particular candidate was God’s man?
The psalmist of Psalm 146 asserts, however, that our hope is not EVER, not even ONCE, not even a little, to be in a man, because humans pass away and their dreams and aspirations die with them. These candidates are human. These candidates are mere men. And though most Christians would agree, they still live in verse 3 instead of verse 5 which says, “Happy is he who has the God of Jacob as his help, Whose hope is in the Lord his God.” And no, we cannot mix the two!
Throughout this year God has made the comfort zone of American Christians UNCOMFORTABLE, in order that we might get back into the Bible, seek His face, turn from our evil ways, and remember that this world is not our home. And now God has pulled the carpet of hoping in man and presidents and elections out from under His people.
Let us therefore remember that what Daniel stated in Daniel 2 still applies today and always, “20 Daniel answered and said: “Blessed be the name of God forever and ever, For wisdom and might are His. 21 And He changes the times and the seasons; He removes kings and raises up kings; He gives wisdom to the wise And knowledge to those who have understanding. 22 He reveals deep and secret things; He knows what is in the darkness, And light dwells with Him.”
God removes, and God raises up. God is Creator; God is the Defender of truth; God is the just Judge; God is our Provider; God is our Liberator; God is our Healer; God is our Protector; God is our blessed Relief; God is our Praise!! God is the one who turns “the way of the wicked…upside down”!!! And indeed, that wicked way is about to meet up with the judgment of the living God!!! What is America without God? What is America without His blessing? What is America if they do not repent? And they have not repented. “7 When the wicked spring up like grass, And when all the workers of iniquity flourish, It is that they may be destroyed forever. 8 But You, Lord, are on high forevermore.” (Psalm 92:7-8). Even so, let’s quit trying to fertilize the grass when God is going to destroy it!
But we Christians…..are not to get caught up in all this; we are not to lose hope in God who is still our salvation. Let’s get the right perspective. Let’s get our eyes off of this world and all that is in it! This world is passing away. We are at the end of time, not the beginning, and now more than at any time in history we must get our eyes on Jesus, our SOON and coming King of kings and Lord of lords, who will never be removed from power and whose Kingdom has no end!!!!! Let’s remember during this time of shock and coming darkness, turbulence and tumult that our calling is to pray, not to get political; our calling is to evangelize with the Gospel, not to defend our rights; our calling is to enter the spiritual battle, not be an audience; our calling is live out the Great Commission, not remain in our comfort zone; our calling is to perform the sacred mission of ambassador of a coming, righteous Kingdom, whose King is made of light and is an all consuming fire, who does not tolerate sin, and not to be ambassadors of any other nation; our calling is to praise the King who is seated high on His throne; our allegiance is to be for Him ALONE. I am compelled to write this to you, for a lot is about to transpire, too much to try to put in an announcement like this. So, I will be as succinct as possible. For those of you who have not been reading the other articles on this website over the past 5 months, there is a lot of evil quite possibly about to unfold in this nation because America has forgotten God and has not repented, and I mean unprecedented evil. Did you know that this whole plandemic has been about establishing the New World Order and antichrist system? Did you know that the vaccine is not just a vaccine, but will change our DNA? This does not come from questionable people, but from deeply concerned doctors and virologists around the country. Plus, the economy will collapse around the world, chaos and violence will erupt; there will be assassination attempts, a social media shut down, a major lockdown like what is in Australia and New Zealand, and other crazy things will unfold that will boggle the mind of the unprepared. That’s why I’m warning you now.
Yes, a group of Christians have repented in recent days, namely at “the Return” and “Prayer March 2020” in D.C., and “Lord Forgive Us” in Plymouth, Massachusetts; there have been good old-fashioned crusades from Macon, Georgia to Fresno, California, and “Let Us Worship” praise rallies across America. People have been saved and set free and baptized. And yes, God is moving!
BUT…..I am DEEPLY concerned because America has NOT repented.
There were days in Israel when God said that even if Moses or Samuel were to intercede He would not listen to them (Jeremiah 15:1), that even if Daniel or Noah or Job were living there, God would have wiped out the city anyway and saved only those three men (Ezekiel 14). America is at that point. Deuteronomy 28 and 32 makes it clear that when a nation called by God’s name and that is in covenant with Him, as America has been, will have evil of all kinds released upon them when they reject and defy the Living God. If God did this to Israel and Jerusalem the city called by His name, why would He not do it to us?
This election will determine nothing; there is no hope to be found in any perceived victory. And the false prophets who have decreed and declared good news will soon be silenced and perplexed by the deafening roar of chaos and violence unleashed in the cities across America, for God has already decreed and declared what happens to unrepentant nations: judgment.
To those who are Christian and have repented, prayed and prepared as much as you are able I say this: When God is for you, who can be against you?! (Romans 8:31). He will not leave you or forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6; Hebrews 13:5). Fear not!!! (Isaiah 41:10). God still rides in the whirlwind (Job 38:1; 40:6), rules over the raging sea (Matthew 8), has power over all principalities and powers and demonic entities (Colossians 2:15; Ephesians 6; Luke 10:19).
To those who are Christian and have NOT repented, prayed, and prepared to the best of their ability because they have dismissed the signs of the times, have wishfully thought that things have to get better, that this too shall pass, and have not heeded the warnings thus far, I have two admonitions: REPENT (Daniel 9) and then, “Redeem the time!!!” (Ephesians 5).
To those who are NOT Christian: Repent and call upon Jesus today, for the time is short and the Tribulation beyond any horror you have ever seen is about to encompass the entire earth. For, “…if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.” (Romans 10:9-10). It is ONLY by Jesus name that we can be saved – there is no other way! (Acts 4:12; John 3:16; John 14:6). There is an eternity that awaits us. Are you ready for it? Eternity is a long, long time. Where are you going? Because of Jesus’ death on the cross and resurrection from the dead, Christians KNOW where they are going after they die. We are going to heaven because Jesus promised us this (John 14:1-3,6), and Jesus does not lie (Numbers 23:19; Titus 1:2; Hebrews 6:18).
This is the calm before the storm. It was a bit blustery when they kicked up the dust of the “plandemic”, but the storm begins after the American Presidential election.
When we can’t communicate via social media, when the violence escalates everywhere, when the grid goes down in places, when our liberties we’ve taken for granted rudely evaporate just when we need them most, when “staged events” lead people to believe our nation’s leader is dead, when food lines form outside the grocery store, when the economy collapses, when school is canceled, when lockdowns look more like marshal law, when great darkness envelopes this nation…. Be watchful (Matthew 26:41). Be aware that God has not left you alone (Hebrews 13:5). Be prayerful continually (1 Thessalonians 5:17). Be reading God’s word (Psalm 119, 2 Timothy 3:14-17). Be building one another up (1 Corinthians 3 and 12-14). Be ready for Christ’s immanent return (Titus 2:13). Be looking up, for our redemption is drawing near! (Luke 21:28).

JEREMY
Ex-Freemason Jeremy relays extremely important information given to him by his Freemason sources.
Below are several videos put out by Tony Koretz of the youtube channel Aminutetomidnite. The message being presented is by ex-32nd degree Freemason named Jeremy. The reason I am sharing these here is because what Jeremy shares coincides with Pastor Coverstone’s dreams in many ways. Though I am not a big proponent of storing food etc., –after all, when Jesus spoke of the last days in Matthew 24, Luke 17 and 21, and Mark 13, He never mentions storing up food like Joseph– I do agree with Jeremy that having something on hand is indeed wisdom. I appreciate Jeremy’s encouragement for Christians to not fear, that our God is bigger and will do amazing things on behalf of His people in the coming days and months, and I appreciate Jeremy’s apparent love for Jesus, even unto death. I also am deeply grateful for Tony’s wife Holly’s words of encouragement through Acts 16 at the end of the second video (the one from September).
His words of warning come from sources who are still a part of the Freemasons. These Freemason sources are not still his friends, but because of a long history and favors they owed him, they agreed to share information. Jeremy’s warning pertains to their plans that have been, are and will be unfolding concerning COVID-19, the insidious nature of the vaccine being produced, the real purpose behind the protests/riots, the collapse of the economy, a nuclear event or events that will look “natural” (like an asteroid), the elites moving literally underground including Jeremy’s neighbors packing up and leaving in the night and not returning, local police being relieved of their positions, FEMA being in charge, a private military, communications being shut down (social media platforms), and ultimately the demise of America’s system of government as well as the political parties, etc.
Please, feel free to take a listen for yourself and see what you think. And more importantly, take all of this to the Lord in prayer. Please, pray for Jeremy too, and for other ex-secret society people whose lives are literally on the line for simply leaving the organization and even more so for sharing information about the organization. Jeremy specifically has not only been physically unwell, but has been heavily threatened from the Freemasons. Please, pray that he, as a born again Christian, endures, is healed, fearless, and not alone — that God surrounds Jeremy with other Christians, and that his beloved dog is protected, taken care of, and loved too. Please, also remember Tony and Holly Koretz in your prayers as well. They have recently gone to New Zealand where Tony’s residence is.

Thankfully, “Jeremy” has been well. He has moved to another state in an area south of the Appalachians, and has been enjoying God’s provision, providence and life-changing power in his life. We praise the Lord for this, and are excited to finally hear from Mr. Jeremy again, for he indeed, is highly valued and very much prayed for.
In the video below more is confirmed concerning the dangers of drinking from the municipal tap water supply in cities and towns. Furthermore, he encourages the listeners to keep any prepping they’ve done a secret for their and their family’s safety. Dangerous days are ahead, and people are going to get desperate. After all, desperate people do crazy things, especially starving people.
Though he does not mention the “hope” of the rapture in this video, I know in the past he has stated that though he “hopes” the rapture will happen, he does not expect it. What he does expect are hard times, including persecution. This is why he prompts people to be physically prepared with food, ways of getting water and ways to purify water, books on using God’s creation for medicinal purposes, etc.
As for Holy Light Ministries, the hope of the rapture is very real and very immanent. That being said, being prepped for any type of natural disaster with some food and water is always wise. Nevertheless, regarding the very end of days in which we are living, Jesus did not teach us to prep, but rather, to trust. Jesus encouraged His disciples to not be consumed with their need for food, daily necessities, clothes, etc. like those who are without Him (Matthew 6:25-34; Luke 12:22-34). Instead, Jesus tells His followers to approach God in faith, praying “give us THIS DAY our DAILY bread” (Matthew 6; Luke 11 — the Lord’s Prayer) and makes it clear that we are not to worry about tomorrow in regards to anything. After all, if God takes care of the ravens and the flowers, will He not all the more take care of us who are His children? (Luke 12:24 and Job 38:41).
Furthermore, Jesus said that when believers see end times events taking place one right after the other that we are to “lift up our eyes for our redemption is drawing nigh.” He could have at that point said, “you all had better prep” or “you all need to lay up food and have ways to access water” or “make sure you have a grab bag with dried goods,” but He did not.
If perchance we do go through some hard times ahead just before He calls us home, let us remember this encouragement from Psalm 33 (also found in Psalm 37:19):
“18Behold, the eye of the Lord is on those who fear Him, On those who hope in His mercy, 19To deliver their soul from death, And to keep them alive in famine.
20Our soul waits for the Lord; He is our help and our shield. 21For our heart shall rejoice in Him, Because we have trusted in His holy name. 22Let Your mercy, O Lord, be upon us, Just as we hope in You.”
Thus, it is wise to have some extra food on hand or even a water purification system, but we encourage everyone to remember what Jesus said in Matthew 6, “31“Therefore do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ 32For after all these things the Gentiles seek. For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. 33But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you. 34Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.” And most importantly, Luke 21, “Now when these things begin to happen, look up and lift up your heads, because your redemption draws near.”
In this update at about the 43 minute mark Jeremy warns that many times “they” have consistently confirmed that the water supply of cities will be contaminated. This will bring about mass casualties and great fear.
It is my theory (not Jeremy’s that I know of) that “they” are inundating the U.S. with illegals aliens not for the sake of votes but for the sake of chaos. That is why the elites have remained “underground”. Chaos is still on the way. As soon as they have all illegals in place, the chaos will begin. And these illegals are not simply ordinary people, they are here for a violent purpose. Yes, they brought children with them — probably sex trafficked or kidnapped or given to them by their parents who really meant well. And more than likely, the children are being sold and bought and used and abused. Plus, bringing children with them makes them look like normal people, when in effect they are not. They are the drug lords, war lords, Occultists, gang members, voodoo witch doctors, and the like who are swarming over for the demise of the U.S. No matter how hopeful things may be appearing at the moment with mask mandates being lifted and states opening up, people traveling again, and school beginning to act more normal, do not be fooled. Chaos is coming. It’s not over yet.
If you are not from America but are a Christian, please remember to pray for us! Pray that more and more people come to Jesus. There are generations of young people in America who have NEVER heard the Gospel. You may find that hard to believe, but my next door neighbor (age 31) had never heard and a young man (late 20s/early 30s) a few blocks away had never heard it either nor an elderly Sikh woman for that matter. We are a mission field here. So, pray for the lost. Furthermore, pray for the Church to return to holiness. Pray for the Church to return to their First LOVE. Pray for the Church to repent, that they might finally live out the Great Commission instead of the American Dream.

This article is regarding the September 8, 2020 dream of Pastor Coverstone. It is the dream about the Statue of Liberty, whom he refers to as Lady Liberty. The link is found below.
In his dream, the Statue of Liberty is struck by lightning, hit in the face with debris, and then mercilessly attacked and murdered by greedy mercenaries who are paid in silver. Throughout the attack she defends the Declaration of Independence and her torch with all her might, losing three spikes in her crown, and eventually falling to her knees. In her defiance–her eyes were ablaze with defiance–, she calls for help from those whom she had helped in the past, but none came to assist or defend her. After an intense struggle, the mercenaries overpower her, lop off her torch hand, cover her mouth, tie her other hand behind her back, and drag her out to sea where they ram her twice and drown her. It is a violent dream of a violent death of Lady Liberty. And the closing scene depicts flashing lightning and an ever darkening storm brooding over the harbor ready to unleash its fury.
Pastor Coverstone was deeply distressed by this dream, more so than all of his other dreams, because of what this symbolizes: the death of America. Just like most of us, he felt that America would always be here; that our kids and grandkids would grow up in a free nation, under God, indivisible with liberty and justice for all. This dream, however, spells the demise of America, and all the goodness and godliness for which she used to stand.
As a patriotic American, it is easy to root for Lady Liberty as she fights and wrestles and stands valiantly to the end. That fight and self-reliance is truly American in every sense of the word.
Nevertheless, as I listened, I noted two very troubling things that are more troubling than her violent death. Did any of you notice it too? Did any of you hear it too? So, what troubled me more? Her defiance and the fact that she did not cry out to God. Why is that more troubling? She was defiant as opposed to repentant, which is demonstrated in the fact that she did not call out to God for help, but instead called out to other nations. She did not repent, which is demonstrated in the fact that she stood proudly and fought in her own strength, not God’s. She called out to other nations for help and not God. And when the filth of the nation that she protects hit her in the face, it caused her to topple.
Before I continue, I must say this. America is a miracle. This nation is a miracle. Without God’s blessing, we would not have ever been a nation. I have studied American history since my youth, and stand in awe of this nation’s history. I love our founding, our founding fathers and mothers, our precious heritage. It is because of God, that America was born. Alexis de Tocqueville said that America’s goodness was the cause of her greatness, and her goodness was rooted in her churches. When she would cease to be good, she would cease to be great. In other words, America’s demise would come when she would forget God, and for no other reason and at no other time.
This Coverstone dream undeniably, more so than any of the other dreams, is all about God’s judgment of America. Why? Unrepentant defiance and unrepentant reliance herself and on other nations instead of God. God hates this. He hated it in Israel, and He hates it still. Israel was sent into captivity for it, the land was devastated and many were killed by the sword and famine because of it. All you need do is read the Bible to see how God handles it when His own people forget Him. Nothing else could take out America, but God.
And indeed, America and the American Church has forgotten the very God that birthed them and protected them and empowered them. For years they have been consumed with consumerism, vacationing and greed and pleasure seeking while the blood of the unborn cried out, while science and doctors played God, while marriage was defiled by premarital sex and homosexuality and other types of demonic orgies, and while violence plagued our minds and hearts via movies and tv shows. Oh, but Americans have cried “don’t touch our golden calf! Don’t tell me what do or what to watch or not to watch or what to think or how to feel! Don’t you dare to judge me!” And Such words rang from sea to shining sea and from church to church around the nation. So, because America defiantly refused the judgment of God’s word over their lives, the judgment of God is about to be poured out on this nation.
Do we doubt that God does things like this? Do we really think that He is a sugar daddy in the sky that will wink at sin forever? Do you think that He doesn’t care? Do we think that He doesn’t see? Have we forgotten the holiness and justice of God?
Here are just a few instances when actually God sold His own people, His own nation in to the hands of evil. Did you get that? He SOLD them!!!!!!!!
Judges 2:14-15, “14And the anger of the Lord was hot against Israel. So He delivered them into the hands of plunderers who despoiled them; and He sold them into the hands of their enemies all around, so that they could no longer stand before their enemies.15Wherever they went out, the hand of the Lord was against them for calamity, as the Lord had said, and as the Lord had sworn to them. And they were greatly distressed.”
First Samuel 12:9, “9And when they forgot the Lord their God, He sold them into the hand of Sisera, commander of the army of Hazor, into the hand of the Philistines, and into the hand of the king of Moab; and they fought against them.”
Jeremiah 34:1-3, “1The word which came to Jeremiah from the Lord, when Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon and all his army, all the kingdoms of the earth under his dominion, and all the people, fought against Jerusalem and all its cities, saying, 2“Thus says the Lord, the God of Israel: ‘Go and speak to Zedekiah king of Judah and tell him, “Thus says the Lord: ‘Behold, I will give this city into the hand of the king of Babylon, and he shall burn it with fire. 3And you shall not escape from his hand, but shall surely be taken and delivered into his hand; your eyes shall see the eyes of the king of Babylon, he shall speak with you face[a] to face, and you shall go to Babylon.’ ” ’
And this was not a surprise. God did not just spring judgment on Israel. He always warns first. He always calls to repentance first. Israel had promised to follow Him and abide by His covenant, and they had broken it. In Deuteronomy 28 God made sure they knew and understood the consequences of turning from Him and the covenant that they swore to follow, in order to walk in their own ways instead of in His ways.
God’s message through these dreams is not a feel good message, nor is it a mere slap on the hand. This is not about storing up food so that we can endure in the mountains or be left alone in our homes. This is not about buying a gun so that we can kill something for food or so that we can go down fighting. What is coming to America very swiftly and very soon is not just a warning this time. For years, God has given the nation of America warning after warning after warning already, including the harbingers that Jonathan Cahn laid out in his books The Harbinger and The Harbinger II and others. The warnings have been sent via prophets such as David Wilkerson of Times Square Church in New York, and are being spoken even now in churches like Jimmy Swaggart’s church Family Worship Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. And most powerfully, the warnings have been sent in God’s word into every household of America. But, America has not listened. America has not repented. America has not called on God. America has not wept between the porch and the altar. But instead, America hardened her heart, grew more stubborn in her ways while clutching tightly to freedom and her rights, and pursued happiness instead of God. America forgot God, and thus, America is ripe for judgment.
God is in the storm of this dream. Indeed, when it comes to pestilence and storms, God is in the whirlwind (Job 28:1), and God said, “When I…send pestilence…” (2 Chronicles 7:13), God sent the plagues of Egypt (Exodus), He touches the earth and it melts (Amos 9), “He covers His hands with lightning, And commands it to strike,” (Job 36:32), and God sent a plague to Israel and wiped out 70,000 men (2 Samuel 24), He is the Lord of the weather (Job 26, 36-38), “His brightness was like the light; He had rays flashing from His hand, and there His power was hidden,” (Habakkuk 3:4), He stirs up the stormy wind (Psalm 107:25), and His glory thunders (Psalm 29:3), and list goes on indefinitely. Is not Jesus the same yesterday, today and forever? (Hebrews 13). Behold He is God and changes not (Malachi 3:6).
The meaning of this dream is stark. The meaning of this dream is clear. And the only way out of it for America is to remember God and repent like wicked Nineveh in the book of Jonah. Repentance and a returning to God is America’s only hope.
Pastor Dana Coverstone has had countless dreams over the last few months. They all are quite dark, dismal, and extremely intense. Like an epic film on the theater screen, they unfold with action and great drama. Nearly every time he relates the scenes of his dreams, he appears very saddened and almost apologetic for the darkness of his dreams. Though they are not sinister in any way, they do contain a great deal of weighty information that is beyond potent for both the dreamer and the one hearing about the dream. He does not attempt to interpret; he merely lays out what was presented. Truly, a lot of what he dreams does not need interpretation, for it appears quite self-explanatory.
That being said, I have found myself very tentative about the near future because of his dreams. After all, they either have or are coming to pass. And though I hope that the Lord will take His bride home soon—for is that not our blessed hope?–He may also allow His bride to go through some tumultuous times. I felt suddenly very uncertain. Not fearful. Actually, yes. Fearful. I get so sick and tired of people saying they are not afraid when everything they say and do means they are indeed afraid. So, yes, I was almost panicked at first. But that transitioned to uncertainty and being deeply troubled.
However, I must share that TODAY God shed His light over Pastor Coverstone’s dreams, and when He did so, I saw them very and incredibly differently. Things became clearer, and color flooded the black and white picture I’d seen before the light. What did I see? Here it is as succinctly as I can put it: Psalm 9.
“(To the chief Musician upon Muthlabben, A Psalm of David.) I will praise thee, O LORD, with my whole heart; I will shew forth all thy marvellous works.2 I will be glad and rejoice in thee: I will sing praise to thy name, O thou most High.3 When mine enemies are turned back, they shall fall and perish at thy presence.4 For thou hast maintained my right and my cause; thou satest in the throne judging right.5 Thou hast rebuked the heathen, thou hast destroyed the wicked, thou hast put out their name for ever and ever.6 O thou enemy, destructions are come to a perpetual end: and thou hast destroyed cities; their memorial is perished with them.7 But the LORD shall endure for ever: he hath prepared his throne for judgment.8 And he shall judge the world in righteousness, he shall minister judgment to the people in uprightness.9 The LORD also will be a refuge for the oppressed, a refuge in times of trouble.10 And they that know thy name will put their trust in thee: for thou, LORD, hast not forsaken them that seek thee.11 Sing praises to the LORD, which dwelleth in Zion: declare among the people his doings.12 When he maketh inquisition for blood, he remembereth them: he forgetteth not the cry of the humble.13 Have mercy upon me, O LORD; consider my trouble which I suffer of them that hate me, thou that liftest me up from the gates of death:14 That I may shew forth all thy praise in the gates of the daughter of Zion: I will rejoice in thy salvation.15 The heathen are sunk down in the pit that they made: in the net which they hid is their own foot taken.16 The LORD is known by the judgment which he executeth: the wicked is snared in the work of his own hands. Higgaion. Selah.17 The wicked shall be turned into hell, and all the nations that forget God.18 For the needy shall not alway be forgotten: the expectation of the poor shall not perish for ever.19 Arise, O LORD; let not man prevail: let the heathen be judged in thy sight.20 Put them in fear, O LORD: that the nations may know themselves to be but men. Selah.”
God has prepared His throne for judgment. What is about to take place in America is God’s judgment. The enemy may think he’s in charge of this, and his puppet secret societies may think they are pulling their own strings, but God is sovereign over all. And via Pastor Coverstone’s dreams, He has revealed that He is “sifting out the hearts of men before His judgment seat” (Lyrics from “the Battle Hymn of the Republic”). He is remembering the blood of the unborn that has been crying out like the blood of Abel. And those reprobates who think they are invincible and that God has not seen their grave sin, are about to sink into the very pit that they dug for others and are about to fall prey to the trap that they set for the innocent and unsuspecting. They will be snared by the work of their own hands.
This is about to happen to the Democrat party that is drenched in the blood of the unborn, stained by the sex slave trade and pedophilia, and drenched in the foul debauchery of unjust scales, to the violent, godless BLM that does not care at all about the African American community but instead has been all about murder and mayhem and destruction for years, to those leaders who are legally and financially persecuting the churches in America right now, to ministers who have shamed the body of Christ through false doctrine and false prophecies and have blasphemed the name of Christ through word and action. It is these who will soon be judged according to Pastor Coverstone’s dreams. It is these who will fall into their own traps, sink into their own pits, and fall prey to their own schemes.
Does this sound harsh? Please, re-read Psalm 9. For that matter, re-read Psalm 18, Psalm 96, Psalm 98 and Psalm 27, and how about Malachi and Jeremiah and Daniel and Jude and Revelation. Let’s make sure we keep all of this in perspective – A Biblical perspective – God’s perspective.
And right now, God is calling His people to pray for the harvest, for the body of Christ to have a backbone, and for corruption in government and corruption in the Church to be exposed. He wants us to pray in agreement with Him. He does not want us confused; He does not want us questioning what is happening. He wants us informed, empowered and in agreement with what He is about to do. He wants our lights burning and for us to have extra oil so that they do not go out.
Is Jesus coming soon? Yes.
Is His return immanent? Yes.
Will we be going through what Pastor Coverstone saw in his dreams through January? I have no idea!
But again, in keeping our perspective Biblical, if we are here for the unveiling of those dreams, then we will get to stand back and see the judgment of the Lord poured out on putrid, blood-guilty politicians, lying false prophets, deceptive false teachers, and demonically-inspired protestors.
So, let’s not be disheartened at the details of these dreams, for they reveal the judgment and power of God against unrighteousness in various groups of people. He has let us in on His plan just as He always does (Amos 3:7). Therefore, we as Christians are not to be afraid. He is not coming to judge Christians nor will He abandon them. He is the Christian’s refuge! However, through these dreams He is stirring Christians to be prepared. No, not with food and water, although that is not a bad thing to do. I mean to be prepared spiritually, prayerfully, in all holiness and godliness, that we might shine forth like stars to this godless and crooked generation (Philippians 2:15) and that we might be ready for the trumpet of the Lord to sound! (1 Thessalonians 4-5).

Rest in this, and keep on singing. And just like Peter when he walked upon the water, as long as he looked at Jesus he was fine (Matthew 14:23-33). As soon as he looked down at the waves tossed about by hostile winds he began to sink. Those waves were there when he wasn’t looking; they are very real waves, very scary waves, very choppy waves, and the wind was very contrary. The same holds true for the dreams of Coverstone; they are real; they are dark and dismal; they have come and are coming to pass. But, when Peter kept his eyes on Jesus all was well. This was not denial. This was all about Peter keeping his eyes on the Ruler of the wind and waves, the very Maker of the sea, on the only One who mattered. And indeed, the same holds true for us now regarding what is coming. We must keep our eyes on Jesus, our coming King, and all will be well. These bad things will not go away, just like the waves didn’t, but Jesus is still the only One who matters, the One who provides for our every need, the One who is our strength, the One who will never leave us nor forsake us (Deuteronomy 31:6; Hebrews 13:5). And when God is for us, who can be against us? (Romans 8:31). Truly, our God reigns! His Kingdom come! His will be done on earth as it is in heaven! So be it! Come quickly, Lord Jesus! The Spirit and the Bride say, “Come!”

Have you been jaded through the multiplicity of false prophecies of false prophets? How about all those “feel good” words from the Lord that never came to pass? There are MANY false prophets out there, most of whom are under the auspice of the New Apostolic Reformation. For them a prophet is “learning” and it does not matter if they are 100% accurate in their prediction. However, there is such thing as a real prophet. And Pastor Coverstone appears to be one of those (though he NEVER calls himself one), for one after one of his dreams are coming to pass. I will continue to observe and keep this post updated…
This brief article is to point out that Pastor Coverstone’s dreams appear to have come to pass and appear to be coming to pass. According to Deuteronomy 18, this is one of the ways to know if a dream or word is from the Lord. The other way to know is found in Deuteronomy 13. It is there that things get more tricky because God is testing His people. Basically, if the dream or vision or word comes to pass, but the dreamer of that dream then encourages people to follow after other gods, false doctrine, or anything that leads them away from the truth, then the man dreaming it is a false prophet.
Upon examination thus far, Pastor Coverstone is not such a false prophet. And though Pastor Coverstone does not deem himself to be a prophet in any way, God appears to have made him one on behalf of Himself to this nation. After all, through these visions and dreams God’s message of warning and repentance is resounding across America. Indeed, Pastor Coverstone does appear to be God’s prophet to America, and the word of the Lord through Him does appear to be coming to pass. For God does not bring anything upon a nation until He first warns them. Amos 3:7, “Surely the Lord God does nothing, Unless He reveals His secret to His servants the prophets.” Through Pastor Coverstone God appears to be doing this.
More than anything, however, I encourage everyone to get back to the Word of God. No matter how real a dream, no matter how incredible the fulfillment, everything must align with God’s Word. How will you know if a dream or vision or prophecy aligns with God’s Word unless you are in the Word constantly and hold it in highest honor? There is a lot of double speak out there. There are a lot of false prophets who quote scripture and then dream something contrary to scripture. But, how will you know this unless you are rooted and grounded in God’s Word.
Do you think reading and understanding God’s Word is rocket science? It’s not! But, it is spiritually discerned (1 Corinthians 2:14). In other words, only Christians can understand it as the Holy Spirit leads us into all truth (John 16:13). For it is only the Spirit that knows the mind of God. So, you do your part: read. And let the Spirit do His part: lead you into all truth.
NOW, here are some of the ways that Pastor Coverstone’s dreams have come to pass so far. To begin with, the dream he had back in December of 2019 came to pass regarding the hospitals, people on ventilators, people wearing masks, fearful people, angry protestors, barriers in cities, courthouses surrounded, burning cities, absolute chaos. Yet another dream, which is mentioned at about the 4 minute and 50 second mark of the same above video, is also coming to pass. In that dream, called Part 2, Pastor Coverstone saw the calendar again, this time flipped to September, then October, and then November. A fist then hit November, and chaos ensued. Businesses were shuttered; there was armed fighting in the streets; the evaporation of monetary wealth, Washington D.C. burning, politicians making backroom deals, and schools were completely closed to the point of cobwebs hanging in the classrooms. Interestingly enough, all of this already happening. Schools are closed. Businesses have been shuttered. And of course politicians are always making deals, the demonically inspired BLM is about to explode, and anyone paying attention to the economy right now knows that something odd is brewing and all is on the verge of collapse.
And then there’s the dream of the wolves who sit in the pews, stir up the sleeping people, and then surround the preaching pastors. Basically, it is about attacks on the pastors who are told by the courts and those even in their congregations to be quiet about moral issues etc. There will be threats; there will be intimidation; there will be protests against the churches. It is a sinister and dark dream, and it is coming to pass as well. Here is the link to the dream.

In summary, this dream was about how in the month of August a demonic war will be waged against Christian ministers sexually, including lust and pornography; divorces among pastoral staff will rise, and such sin will be exposed. He goes on to say that there are a type of “demonic sleeper cells” working against the ministers and through the ministers and against Christian marriages via sexual oppression, depression, suicide, and drug overdoses. The main thrust of the dream had to do with Christian ministers coming under attack, and Pastor Dana emphasized praying for the pastors. Furthermore, in the dream he mentions United States Postal Service cutbacks (at about the 3.5 minute mark), unemployment being up to 50%, and the coming violent outcry against our government.
In confirmation of this dream, a friend of mine had a dream before ever hearing Coverstone’s dream, and in my friend’s dream their pastor divorced his wife. My friend was shocked upon awakening from such a dream! And then my friend opened their phone to my message about Coverstone’s dream, and proceeded to watch it. My friend was beyond stymied!
Well, in a few ways at least this dream is finding fulfillment.
“Thanks to the new lockdowns that are being instituted all over the country, the number of Americans that are filing for unemployment benefits is starting to rise again…”The number of Americans applying for unemployment benefits rose last week to 778,000, evidence that the U.S. economy and job market remain under strain as coronavirus cases surge and colder weather heighten the risks.The Labor Department’s report Wednesday said jobless claims climbed from 748,000 the week before. Before the virus struck hard in mid-March, weekly claims typically amounted to roughly 225,000.” Overall, more than 70 million new claims for unemployment benefits have been filed in 2020. As I discussed yesterday, we have never seen anything like this before in all of U.S. history.”

September Dream:
This September dream was FULFILLED. The Church rallied, repented and prayed up a storm. The fires of persecution are on the rise all across America, and the fires of revival have been popping up all over the nation as well, from California, to Texas, to Kentucky, to D.C., from events such as The Return, Prayer March 2020, and “Let Us Worship” rallies led by Sean Feucht being held in many cities across America. And even now, Evangelist Mario Murillo is answering God’s call to hold a tent crusade in Fresno, CA. in spite of restrictions and whatever might be leveled against him. Before his group even set up the tent, they have been going through the city, and people are coming to Jesus left and right, black and white. God is on the move!!!
The dream of October has glimpses of voter suppression, false prophets being exposed, leaders ready to explode, etc. Here are a few links regarding this exact issue, and thus, is a partial fulfillment of this dream.

The firecracker leadership portion of the dream definitely appears to be coming to pass right now. And anyone can look it up to see it. The state governors are having power truly go to their heads. Oregon’s governor is threatening people with arrest and telling police to disregard calls about drugs and to instead check on people’s Thanksgiving gatherings. Portland can burn down at the hands of protestors, but law abiding families cannot meet for Thanksgiving or else they’ll be charged with a misdemeanor. California’s governor has called for Californians to cease traveling and limit Thanksgiving gatherings to no more than 3 families outdoors, while he recently was caught dining indoors with a group of unrelated people at the French Laundry restaurant and proceeded to fly to Hawaii for the holiday. In Maine a local restaurant is under severe legal fire by the local state government after the owner appeared on FOX news. Pennsylvania’s government is restricting the sale of alcohol the day before Thanksgiving. Thus alcohol is non-essential. New Mexico’s governor just ordered a lot of the state’s grocery stores to be closed for two weeks, and those allowed to remain open have heavy restrictions on how many can enter at a time. This is causing many to stand in line for hours just to get necessities. Thus, food is non-essential. In Los Angeles (this is the only county in California doing this) all restaurants have been ordered to stop serving outdoors by the LA County Department of Health even though they have none of their own county data to prove the necessity of this decision, and the one who officially declared this does not even have a medical degree nor is she elected. Nevertheless, power has gone to these leader’s heads, and they are ready to blow.

Other false and mixed signal “prophetic” predictions can be found at the Elijah List website. It is imperative to note, that all of these so-called prophets and prophetesses not only back Trump, but see him as Cyrus the great, the superhero of heaven, savior of the U.S., and that if one does not vote for him then they are in the wrong boat. If this is really what God wants, time will tell.

This does appear to be unfolding right in front of us, for right now the “obvious winner” of the presidential election is “not so obvious” as Trump takes voter fraud claims to court and ballots are recounted. And right now, just like in the dream, the democrat candidate is racing toward the White House. There are also protests around the country. I will post links below this video regarding some of these things. I await the further fulfillment of this dream in the days ahead, but it has begun.
This video of November 11th by End Times Productions presents the trap that has been set for Americans. Blue helmets were mentioned both in this November dream of Coverstone and in his first dream as well (in the orange shirt near the top of this article). There are at least two scenarios that could lead to those helmets in America.

In this dream of December and January, blackouts are predicted in the Southwestern U.S. even up into Canada in spots. This video by Christopher Green covers the fact that upwards to 200,000 Californians are about to have their power purposefully shut off for several days by PG&E. No one can figure out why they are about to do this. Makes no sense. Dream of September 14th and Vision of September 15th: From Spirit to Flesh (posted October 9th)
This also recounts the vision of the Renewal of the Bride which was shared in the link above from the 22nd. The man in that vision of the Renewal is also the “lumberjack” in the dream that Coverstone talks about in this video. The lumberjack dream is about the death of a tree in a field of trees (Maple?) which have come to life from the top down. The large significant tree in the field of trees that is tapped by the lumberjack likely is symbolic of something demonic, for trees do not bleed nor do they grow from the top down. Usually in the Bible trees are symbolic of angelic entities/principalities or a nation or a human leader, like in Ezekiel 17 and 31 and also Daniel 4. So, something demonic is going on, and this year has been important regarding this.
Dream of September 26th: Ready or Not
This dream portrays an epic battle scene akin to The Lord of the Rings, and either Christians will be ready for the ensuing spiritual battle….or….they will not be ready. There is no in between. This reminds me of Coverstone’s dream of November, wherein the white spirit says that those who have not prepared will be found wanting in the end. So, which are you? Ready? Or, not?
October 20th: Death of a Candidate
Along with a presidential candidate lying in state on December 17th, this dream also addresses the destruction of liberty from the west to the east and a possible shut down of the grid/internet. Pastor Dana does not give an interpretation, but these are my initial thoughts regarding the symbolism in this dream.

Dream of Americans doing normal things that are suddenly taken off guard by rising waters, but how Christians are braced and ready and unafraid. In the end Christians are encouraged to remain braced and to hold our breath a while longer.

One of these dreams is from September 14th and the other is more recent.
The book of Joel is about to unfold before us. God began to fulfill it in the book of Acts 2 when He poured out His Spirit on all. Indeed, the last few verses of Joel 2 have been and are being fulfilled. But, the rest of Joel has not been fulfilled, for most of Joel is about the Day of the Lord (which is elsewhere referred to as Jacob’s Trouble and the Great Tribulation). And according to Joel, that which precedes the Day of the Lord is agricultural devastation, a great shout/the blowing of the trumpet in Zion and “a solemn assembly” of God’s people gathered together in repentance, prayer, and fasting. This is beginning to unfold right now, for the day of the Lord is at hand.
I’m now going to go step by step with some details pertaining to this topic, specifically regarding Joel’s “solemn assembly” and how it is “the restraining” one of 2 Thessalonians 2, what the enemy has been doing, and what we as Christians are called to do right now. I pray the Lord blesses you as you read this article and opens your eyes to see that our time is short.
Recently I’ve been puzzling over “the restraining” one in 2 Thessalonians 2:6-7.
“6 And now you know what is restraining, that he may be revealed in his own time. 7 For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work; only He who now restrains will do so until He is taken out of the way.”
I looked up the Greek word for “the restraining” and found it to mean just that. The Greek word katecho (#2722) means, “to hold fast, to retain, to hold down, to suppress, to take possession of.” Several have said that this restrainer is either the Holy Spirit or the Church, but I don’t recall anyone giving a scriptural reference with the actual word “restraining” being used regarding the Church. Yes, we as the Church have been given authority over all evil, we can trample on serpents and scorpions; we have the power to bind, to take thoughts captive, to wrestle with all levels of the demonic, can resist the devil and he must flee, and are more than conquerors. But, the actual word “restraining” and the Church I have not heard about nor been taught. So, I’ve been puzzling…
Something else I’ve been following are Pastor Dana Coverstone’s dreams, half of which have already come to pass in great detail. Why are dreams important? Because according to Amos 3:7, “7 Surely the Lord God does nothing, Unless He reveals His secret to His servants the prophets.” And yes, we must always test the spirits to see if they are from God; vigilance in this regard is beyond important! (1 John 4:1). Furthermore, and incredibly his dreams do play into the 2 Thessalonians 2 topic. Again, please bare with me!
I do not know if you are familiar with Pastor Dana Coverstone’s dreams or his most recent dream regarding September (it is posted on this site and I encourage all to view it soon), but it got me thinking on what he said about “a sacred assembly.” I knew that I had read that term in the Bible regarding the Lord’s feast days, and I wondered about it to the point that I looked it up. Let’s just say, what I found astonished me, and if you haven’t already seen this yourself, I think you will find it extremely interesting. I have not heard anyone say anything about what I’m about to share, but that is not to say that someone else has not already seen this or taught it.
To begin with, I simply looked up the term “solemn assembly” in Strong’s to see how often the term was used and where it was used. It is used 4 times regarding the 8th day of the feast of Tabernacles in Leviticus 23:36; Numbers 29:35; 2 Chronicles 7:9; and Nehemiah 8:18, 1 time regarding the 7th day of Unleavened Bread in Deuteronomy 16:8, 1 time regarding a nameless fall feast day in Isaiah 1:13, and 2 times in the book of Joel regarding a large, impromptu gathering for the sake of repentance and prayer in Joel 1:14; 2:15. After looking at the list in Strong’s, I proceeded to look up each passage. Then, once I viewed each, I decided to investigate the Hebrew word for our English translation “sacred assembly.” For this I went to The Complete Word Study Dictionary: Old Testament, Brown-Driver-Briggs, and the BibleHub Online Interlinear Bible/Dictionary.
To begin with, the Hebrew noun for “sacred assembly” is atsarah (#6116) which means exactly that, “an assembly” for religious purposes. But, I do know from taking Hebrew in my Bible college/Seminary days that every word in Hebrew has a verbal root, and in order to better understand any Hebrew word one must study the Hebrew verbal root. So, I did. And what I found astounded me!
The Hebrew root of atsarah is atsar (#6113), and (drum roll please!) it means “to restrain, to shut in” to hold something back, to stop something, to keep something or someone in bondage.
Now, after reflecting on the passages that use this word, I was drawn to Joel 1:14 and 2:15. Though the final verses of Joel 2 began their fulfillment on the day the Church was born (Pentecost – Acts 2), much of Joel has not yet been fulfilled, for its main theme is the Day of the Lord (Jacob’s Trouble, the Great Tribulation). But, according to Joel 1 and Joel 2 something comes just prior to the day of great darkness, and that is “a solemn assembly.” This solemn assembly is a day when believers of all shapes, sizes, races, and ages gather in repentance, prayer, fasting, and “rend their hearts and not their garments.” It is a day of shouts of war/victory and the blowing the trumpet in Zion, of sounding the alarm in God’s holy mountain.
There is so much I could venture into regarding Joel and the shout and the trumpet, but I will stick with just one astounding thought for today. Could it be that “the restraining” that has held back the lawless one, that has held evil in check, is the “solemn assembly” of believers gathered together in repentance, prayer and fasting? Could this also be why the enemy, the powers that be, our governors and mayors have disbanded the Church and have banned them from gathering? Think about it. Indeed, this could be exactly why God told us to not forsake “…the assembling of ourselves together, as is the manner of some, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching” (Hebrews 10:25).
The enemy knows that the “solemn assembly” of believers restrains and has been restraining him. Thus, he wants to silence us. He wants to be revealed, and he is laying the foundation of his one world order government, one world economy, one world religion right now. He wants the restraining to end now, and has used COVID-19 and all it entails to scatter believers.
But God!!! God is calling His Church, His Body, His Bride, to gather together as “a solemn assembly”, and in so doing to restrain for all they are worth –in spite of grievous Supreme Court Decisions, in spite of little Pharaoh governors and mayors, in spite of do-gooder snitches, in spite of other churchgoers’ derisive comments– let’s continue to gather together until we hear the sound of the Last Trump of God, and we rise to meet Him in the air — think RAPTURE!
But, until God removes “the restraining” from the midst, we are called to “a solemn assembly” as found in Joel 2:15-18,
“15 Blow the trumpet in Zion, Consecrate a fast, Call a sacred assembly; 16 Gather the people, Sanctify the congregation, Assemble the elders, Gather the children and nursing babes; Let the bridegroom go out from his chamber, And the bride from her dressing room. 17 Let the priests, who minister to the Lord, Weep between the porch and the altar; Let them say, “Spare Your people, O Lord, And do not give Your heritage to reproach, That the nations should rule over them. Why should they say among the peoples, ‘Where is their God?’ ” 18 Then the Lord will be zealous for His land, And pity His people.”
The book of Joel is on the verge of being played out right before our vary eyes, and the Day of the Lord is just around the corner. Let’s be a part of that “solemn assembly” that gathers in humility before God and in a cry of help against the strategizing of all nations and peoples of Psalm 2, and all evil plans of Satan against the people of God (Revelation 12). Now is the time to stand. Now is the time to assemble. There will be no other.
