Because of all the recent and increasing talk of food shortages, sky rocketing grocery store prices, and whispers of economic collapse, it seemed imperative to address this topic briefly. I need not list the rather LONG list of sources regarding this, for they are easy enough to find in search engines online. But, it is important to share Really Graceful’s video she produced recently which asks important questions and connects some very important dots about the recent destruction of food processing plants across the United States. As the pieces of the puzzle come together, the picture that emerges shows a deft orchestration of these fires and plane crashes. Yes, it does appear that the Revelation black horse is riding or preparing to ride very shortly, wherein prices of an individual person’s daily necessary food will cost one full day’s pay (Revelation 6). What Jesus related in Matthew 24 about famines is very much on the verge of unfolding not just in Africa or some other third world nation but worldwide, and is in the process of being implemented now. No, things will not get better. They will get worse.
Yes, this famine and even economic collapse has been planned and is being implemented through the deliberate destruction of livestock, the pollution of crops as well as paying farmers not to plant crops, the recall of perfectly good produce and other food products from grocery store shelves, fertilizer shortages, and the destruction of food processing plants upon which American’s depend. The leaders of the world may blame this “food shortage” otherwise known as famine on the COVID “plandemic” or on Russia and its war against Ukraine. But the war in Ukraine is merely the the detonation of a planned, controlled demolition of Europe’s bread basket that will in effect bring Europe, Russia, the U.S., Canada, etc. to economic collapse. Why? World leaders are ready to implement a new world order blockchain, digital currency, are already bringing about their new world order agenda, and are ready to introduce their new world order leader.
I conclude by turning everyone’s eyes to Psalm 33 which reads,
“18Behold, the eye of the Lord is on those who fear Him,
On those who hope in His mercy,
19To deliver their soul from death,
And to keep them alive in famine.”
Whether or not Christians actually endure a full-fledged famine, we are for certain experiencing the beginning of scarcity and are apart of economic upheaval right now. And no matter how much we will go through or will not go through, Jesus said of these days that we are in, “See that you are not troubled…” (Matthew 24:6), and “do not be terrified” (Luke 21:9), for “when these things begin to happen, look up and lift up your heads, because your redemption draws near” (Luke 21:28).
Along with this encouragement Jesus also warned, 34“But take heed to yourselves, lest your hearts be weighed down with carousing, drunkenness, and cares of this life, and that Day come on you unexpectedly. 35For it will come as a snare on all those who dwell on the face of the whole earth. 36Watch therefore, and pray always that you may be counted worthy to escape all these things that will come to pass, and to stand before the Son of Man.” (Luke 21)
I want to call on all of you to reread Daniel, Zechariah, Matthew 24, Mark 13, Luke 17, Luke 21, 2 Timothy 3, 2 Peter 3, and Revelation. I then want to remind you that Jesus did not advise that His people store up food, have water purification systems, self sufficient farms, emergency grab bags, or backyard chickens. And really, what security can be found in any of that when modern technology does not allow for anyone to be anonymous or hidden?
Instead, Jesus points Christians to fearless vigilance, ceaseless prayer, and the hope of His return. Though having extra food and water and emergency supplies on hand if one is able to do so is wise, let us not become obsessed with something that Jesus did not call believers to do. These are not the days of Joseph. These are the final seconds left before the end of this age wherein Jesus calls His Bride up, casts Satan out and down, and Jacob’s Trouble commences.
Therefore, when we hear these disturbing things in the news and wonder what we ought to do, and feelings of panic or worry flutter up, we must recall that we are commanded by Jesus not to worry, not to fear, but rather, are to be alert and to always be praying. Remember that Jesus said we are to pray that we might be “counted worthy” to escape what is coming on the earth. In the Greek this is a command. This prayer is imperative. And the exact time Jesus wanted us to pray that prayer is now.
Jesus is coming soon! Let’s be ready! I pray that we are all counted worthy!
